North Hill Farm Planning Success

Our proposal to repurpose a dilapidated stable barn at North Hill Farm has been granted planning permission. The planning process was far from straight forward and required lengthy negotiations with the planning team around archaeology, arboricultural and ecology.

The proposals have been developed to allow for future use flexibility. Views have been carefully articulated to frame the surrounding setting. The living space windows were orientated towards the neighbouring Sequoia tree, whilst the bedroom was planned to benefit from the long views towards the west and capture the evening sun.

Now onto the technical design, including some potentially very complex foundations.
