Three Gables & A Little Dormer

The second phase at our project in Zeals is now complete and the clients are in. The existing bungalow has been reconfigured to add a further three bedrooms into the big roof we added. The form and details of our intervention improves the relationship the property has with it’s context by borrowing motifs from the surrounding conservation area.

We are waiting for the garden to bed in before taking the final photographs, so this series of images by @brendanhiggins_photo taken before the ground floor was completed give a preview.
